Cookery Book

Our walk was curtailed due to wet weather so we paid a visit to the Antique Centre where we came across this book.
It was written by the Principal and Senior lecturer at the Edinburgh School of Domestic Science or Atholl Crescent as it was known. Mrs Ken 34 knew both these ladies in her time there as a student. Even from the cover one can imagine some of the delights contained in the book which has a section on "Meatless Dishes" and a recipe for "Haddock in Brown Sauce."
What I wonder are Feathered Fowlie, Hotch-Potch and Broonie?
