Lights out!

The tractor pulling a massive number of hay bales knocked the street lamp off its fixings. As it's fixed to an electricity pole, my neighbour got onto the telephone and South Western Electricity came out and temporarily disconnected it. The lamp is thoroughly taped to the bottom of the pole presumably to avoid theft. I'm sure there's a hundred and one uses for a second hand street lamp! It was hanging down against the pole (I think Hamey might blip that ) and I was concerned it might be a fire risk when dusk falls ...

... I hope they don't hurry to fix it again. The dark will be blissful. Apart from anything else, the harvesting isn't finished yet.
