New rug

"Come off it, you're not telling me this red mark is part of the weave of a green/grey rug" I thought. "Can I have a refund?" said OH. So we got our money back. I'm not allowed to bring any more rugs home for a bit, as this is the fourth one we've taken back. Most shops allow you to do this so you can try it in your room to see if it looks ok.
