Through the Looking Glass

'The Wonder' has arrived at Gloucester docks with three other magnificent tall ships for the filming of, 'Through the Looking Glass' the Tim Burton sequel to Alice in Wonderland. It does look more like the the stage set for 'Pirates of the Caribbean' I have to say.

The docks have been dredged especially for the occasion much to the chagrin of other boat users who have been inconvenienced apparently by the closing of the channels for a couple of days.

Obviously if I turn up again on Monday, for the first day of filming, it will be in order to try and spot Johnny Depp who is returning to star as the Mad Hatter. Glasses off, contact lenses in and lippy ..... ! Oh and a long lens!!
