When your day starts off with your tenant, (who for 6 years has been mild mannered and trouble free) running off when the police kick the door down to Section him, hiding away until the police secure the property then going back and kicking the door down again himself, you know your plans for the day will be upside down.

Especially when you walk innocently into the situation and very quickly regret it.
