What hatches out of those?

Look what I found in my tomato plants this morning - tomato plants I had neglected so much so they grew wild & created their own little wetland habitat beneath them (along with all the rotting toms!) Some frogs dwell under there, too, & I also found a green caterpillar (see yesterday's blip) But what kind of gross egg- sac's are these??
