Who am I?

My grandparents were at a friends party at the function room above the bowling alley. On the way out they walked by some teenaged boys who had won several of the prizes on the machines. They kept wining soft toys, which wasn't really their aim so they gave one to my Nanna.....
She gave it to me, although she was very puzzled about what it was meant to be. My grandpa was insisting that it was a Simpson character. My Nanna scoffed at him and said with authority, "off course not, it's Mr Chips". I found this hilarious and keep laughing every time I look at this minion. My non-British husband, who has never heard of Mr Chips (or catchphrase) didn't see the funny side.

It's been a hectic Friday at work so no time for photos but thought I'd save this memory of Mr Chips or Mr Minion or whoever he is!
