Kiss Me, Hold Me, Eat Me

Once upon a time long ago,

And here's the recipe:

Firstly make the red pesto: Blend 2 garlic cloves, 25g pine nuts and 25g basil
in food processor. Gradually add 75ml olive oil, and then 50g sun dried tomatoes(sliced) and 2 tbsp parmesan (grated).

Heat 2 tbsp oil, stir fry garlic (3-4 cloves sliced) , grated lemon rind and a small red chill (chopped). Add 500g courgettes (thinly sliced) and shredded basil leaves and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes.
Cook pasta, drain and stir into courgettes with the red pesto. Bon appétit.
