Runeberg's Birthday

Finnish national poet Johan Ludvig Runeberg got flowers today. There was also a small choir singing for him. It is his birthday. If he was still living, he would be 206 years today.

He is standing up there, in this photo you can only see his hands and coat. The female figure is Maiden of Finland and as you can see, she is wearing a fur of a bear. The tablet she is holding includes the poem which became the Finnish National Anthem.
