Cooking

This evening we have friends coming round for dinner, so I have decided to cook something new. This includes using this new ingredient (to me anyway), porcini mushrooms. Following the recipe and I hope it ends up tasting good. What I can say is that they have a strong smell. With these and garlic and parmesan I hope we all don't end up too smelly.
