Photographing an atypical moment

If I were a strict conformist photographing typical moments of the day, I had not selected the moment I selected here. Many blippers in Helsinki evidently did not even realize this few minutes in the morning (if they were inside) when it was snowing and it perhaps did not even snow everywhere in Helsinki.
But typical moments are not my goal, rather I search for moments that are photographically interesting.
