At work

I am glad I decided to repair this clock this week. It is an intricate and valuable 19th century carriage clock and needed a delicate repair on a part which I have not attempted before. I took it home where there are no distractions. There is something very therapeutic about working alone, quietly, problem solving and concentrating. I certainly found it so when I left my previous, highly demanding job and now that I do not have to worry about the other more stressful aspects of running a business, it is ideal. I am glad to report that now the clock is ticking away nicely!
