Tea...

I am tired tonight after a busy week. I had too much to eat for lunch so this is my tea tonight, a cuppa, toast and plum jam. This is the one photo I have taken today so there was no worrying about choice.

When I got home from work I had to put on my Nurse Nana alias and visit miss Maddy. She was in Sydney last night and found it hard to breathe. They called the ambulance. This afternoon she needed to visit the local GP and I was called in to help her take her puffer with a spacer. They are reporting a bad flu season here this winter, I had my flu shot so hope I keep healthy.
