Tonight was preschool orientation for Miles. Since it didn't start until 6pm Miles and I went and got dinner really quick beforehand. When we got to the restaurant Miles ran into a friend...except I had no idea who this kid was. Apparently he is in the class across the hall and while I've never heard of him they knew each other well. Well enough for them to decide we were all going to eat dinner together. So we joined his family for dinner- luckily they were all very nice!
When I told Mitch the story he said, "he's just like his mama..."

At the orientation the kids showed us how good they are during circle time and then went on a scavenger hunt, finding areas around the classroom and playground. Can't believe my baby will be in preschool next year.
