Haaaaaa what a selfie !!!

Look B !! Bouyay the Eagle owl sat with us for AGES !!! and we got to cuddle him.
Sockalina has a yearly pass to Mary Ardens house and farm so we took Jake with us although he was
not happy to be so near the giant bird as he called it.
Thank you for all the headache well wishes you are most kind ... I've suffered for 31 years with no cure as yet .. NOTHING that the many doctors and consultants have ever found a solution ... I have had MRI scans and all that .... It's not food related as we have done every exclusion diet possible .. anyway enough of my whining ... I still have the crabby head but it could be worse .. There are people with terrible illnesses ...

Right I am off to look at my baking books I feel like making some treats for the weekend x
