Dessert
Today was the first day of my retirement from teaching. To celebrate and, possibly in an effort to keep my mind off what was happening in 'my' school and in 'my' department, my good friend Marion took me out for lunch to the Barony Restaurant in Biggar.
We had a lovely time. Great food and conversation. I don't normally eat three courses but I made an exception for this white chocolate panna cotta with raspberry and prosecco jelly. It was a good decision!
