To play or not to play?

The Tunisian men love playing cards but at this table one of the men is more interested in the World Cup football than the card game and the man on the right smoking chicha is not sure which card to play. There's often a noisy atmosphere in the cards with clouds of smoke from the chicha pipes so I don't usually stay long in these cafes.
