driving back from peterborough up the 115. i liked how it looked. also took this while driving, hence it being crooked...

as of late lastnight i bought a DSLR.. which is certainly an upgrade from this camera that i have now.

recently i started looking up tutorials and things just so that i could figure out what the eff i was doing and wanted to do, only to find that i was dissapointed with my camera, and i started to hate my inability to manually focus...

so yesterday. after some inner debate (rushed, because it was on ebay) i pushed myself to go ahead and get something i'll actually enjoy & appreciate even though it is the most i have ever spent on something for myself. good price still... but i dunno. it makes me nervous just to think of the idea of spending that much money.

once the item is shipped, i'll have a nice new Nikon D3000 10.2MP... can anyone recommend any lenses that they really enjoy, or anything like that?
i bought some macro extension rings, because i already have a lens coming, and i wanted the macro ability.

i would friggin love a tele lens. haha. but thats a whole nother boatload of cash.
