When I'm hungry for something tasty but I'm too tired/lazy/in a hurry to cook, my "go to" solution is the downtown Taco Truck. With a pile of work and music in front of me today, plus an upcoming road trip, the Taco Truck was a no-brainer. And you can't beat their price: a mere $5 for this Taco Platter with three delicious tacos along with rice and refried beans.

It's every bit as good as my favorite Mexican restaurant in town, minus the margarita.
