Mariners' Night

A great night at Safeco Field in Seattle. Mariners 2-0 over Toronto (Sorry, Paula). It's been a few years since we've made the trip north, but this time we get to act as tour guides to granddaughter Grace. She has been a blast, of course, giving us the scoop on everything down south, joking that I "ruffled her feathers" this morning when I tousled her about, and then grooving between innings to "Louie Louie" and "Burning Down the House." Gracie knows how to get down. Tomorrow we'll show her Pikes Place Market, the Space Needle, downtown Seattle, maybe a ferry ride. It's always great to see a city through new eyes, and Gracie is a blast. Go Mariners!
