Lauri´s day mass

There was a mass kept in the place were the oldest church of the area was located. The chappel was built in 15th century and only some remnants of the foundations were found in archeological diggings. The chappel was named St. Laurentinus Chappel and finnish name Lauri comes from St. Laurentinus - that´s why the mass is kept there 10th of August every year, on Lauri´s name day. I was again helping with catering (baked some buns to have with coffee/tea served afterwards).
