Momma's Homemade tofu

Miguel just made up my homemade tofu that I'm having for dinner tonight. Funny I don't really like the tofu you buy at the market but I could eat this homemade stuff every day.

My friend's mom makes it for his restaurant. She is in her 70's and it is soooo much work. Not sure she will be making it much longer so just had to go get it at least one more time!
