A wet day at Bristol Balloon Festival

Ventured to the Bristol Balloon Festival on Saturday afternoon enjoyed the time with my friends Sue and Jim, enjoyed seeing the BBC World War 1 event, planes flying overhead and chatting. Also the rain came down and down we sheltered and the found a table to sit on perhaps should read chairs - despite one stall holder being particularly unhelpful when we could have used the chair which was part of their stall but no one was using .

We have our sandwiches and coffee and decide to make our way back slowly to the car park there were crowds of people, brolly, children and pushchairs. At least we surfaced from the crowd and I had to stop to take a few photos and enjoyed an ice crew. As we walked back to the car - the deer where enjoying grazing such elegant animals. Will go again next year such a great event.
