Larder

The caterpillars on the nasturtiums are not getting things their own way. It rained this morning, so I was looking to see if there were any good raindrop shots, when I spotted this spider and its victims, suspended and waiting to be eaten. I suspect the caterpillar may still be alive, but it is certainly not going anywhere.

Good news - my son got the job he had the interview for today. He was interviewed at lunchtime in London, arriving back in Plymouth at about half past five. We were there waiting for him and on the journey home, his phone rang and they offered him the position. We were so proud of him!

So we're all away on holiday in Scotland next week and then he gets back and has to sort out some accomodation so that he can start work in the first few days of September. So pleased for him.
