Moments before another thunder

We managed to get inside from the dogs' evening walk before it started rain, but we could hear thunder getting closer. Hurricane Bertha's remains brought us hail and thunder in the morning.

So the dry and hot season is over. We had 38 days of hot weather in a row. Which is the same as the record from 1973. One more day and it would have been the new record, but Bertha decided otherwise. Well, all the plants were screaming for water, so here it comes. Back to normal.
