Water cure
The establishment on the right was the first purpose built water cure establishment to be built in Britain in the 1840s. We are inMalvern today for a concert at the Priory so are out for a gentle stroll around the town and lower slopes of the hills. We thought we'd have a lot longer here this afternoon but time conspired against us. I'm doing this on the phone in Costa coffee. ( cost a lot coffee). But I hope you can see the tower of the Priory and a glimpse of the hills under a lovely blue sky.
This is my contribution to Water Wednesday in the August challenge but I will link it later.
Interestingly, we also found a house with a plaque proclaiming that Franklin D Roosevelt convalesced there when he was 7.
Hoping for some Elgar tonight to make the journey worthwhile.
