Dangling from a height!

I was on the Newcastle/Gateshead Quayside again today, and noticed these men working on the windows of The Sage. At first I thought they were just cleaning them, then realised that they seem to be applying sticky plastic sheets to the outsides of the windows. Why? - I don't know, presumably time will tell!

Rather them than me, dangling up high like that...:)
