Nose ear foot bum

I can't remember the details - bearing in mind that they're pretty unmemorable details - but there was a joke at my junior school involving the words toe, knee, hand and cock. I say joke - it was just an excuse to say a rude word.
Obviously it wouldn't have had any value as a schoolboy witticism if his name had been something like Tony Handear.
