Cheap train fare

I do a bit of travelling around Scotland with my work and my preference is bike, or train, or bike and train especially with advanced cheap train tickets. Today it's head down thinking about work but sometimes you get some fab unanticipated encounters. People talk to you on trains and when you cycle solo so that's probably why I prefer those methods of getting around. My partner reckons I'm a train pest!
