The final product

For those of you that have been following my crab apple jelly making progress, from crab apples on my new tree to cooking the jelly, this is the final product finished in a small pot.
It's the first time I've ever made a preserve but I must admit that I've quite enjoyed it and look forward to my new tree bearing even more fruit as it gets bigger.
