Sanctuary Ponds

The Sanctuary Ponds were a joint community project between the Soroptimists, Keep Motueka Beautiful group and Council. It is a 2-3 hectare reserve created in an English Park style around a pond. A wide variety of bird life is attracted to the wetland type environment. It is a beautiful place to visit even in winter.
