Change

I spend nearly forty years working, teaching my teams to adapt, to accept change, to move out of their comfort zones and to embrace new concepts and ideas.

So why do I find myself cursing overhead cabling and satellite dishes on old style thatched cottages? Beats me. :-) The "good old days" of cold, hunger, starvation, lack of sanitation and education, hardship, t.b., dirt, lack of medicines are best left in the past. I resist to photoshop out the satellite dish of a family who care and nurture the past while embracing the positives of the present.

A mix of old and new, young and elder can be a fine, perfect balance....just saying
