I went to the fair to try some long exposures of the moving carrosels.

Used a full neutral density filter with 3 stops to decrease the light ( 8 times in this case) and extend the exposure time.

Apparently shorter exposures (like 2 to 4 seconds) worked better than longer exposures of 15-25 seconds.
The shorter exposures captured well the movement of the lights and have more detail than the longer ones.
