Best pizza ever

This morning it rained heavily (remnants of hurricane Bertha apparently) so our remaining guests enjoyed crafty fun making rock pets before heading off to catch their ferry.
By lunch the sun was out again so we went for a lovely drive before coming home and using up the leftover pizza dough for dinner. The leftovers ended up as the most amazing combination: tomato salsa, beetroot, goats cheese and mozzarella with basil leaves. Yum.
