Boy it's hot!

It's been a bit of a scorcher day today so we were all very glad to see the ice cream van come round! So I figured that was a good enough reason to go for a lunch time walk - at 2.30pm...

After work tonight it was off to the banks of Loch Tay for the Quadrathalon - glad I'm just there to help the help!
