The 18th September is drawing ever closer and efforts to encourage voters to register and take part in a truly monumental democratic decision. Today a leaflet from the Electoral Commission arrived on the doorstep.

As well as information on registration, postal and proxy voting there are two pages of information from the official campaigns. In a neat touch these reflect the respective criticisms of the campaigns. The No page focuses on dread uncertainty and risk while the Yes page highlights possible opportunity and success.
