Good intentions
Back at work now ... and doing my best to keep up some semblance of a fitness-regime, so I don't lose all the gains from my previous marathon-exploits ...
... and here's a shot of my favourite (and very local) public pool, which I'm attempting to use every Tuesday and Thursday mornings, interspersed with a short-run every Wednesday morning ;-)
Should all help with the aim of resurrecting my rather rusty hill-walking exploits --- what could possibly get in the way of such good intentions!
