Canada Day!

Canada Day was much different for me this year. Most years I start the day with a morning 5K Canada Day race at waterfront and then stop by Spencer Smith Park for the festivities. This year, I packed and spent time with friends. Allison came over for coffee and the Barb came by to pick up some perennials that needed to be thinned in the garden.

Justin and I stopped by Lasalle Marina in the evening and saw a few Canada flags waving from sailboat masts. Last summer, we kept our power boat at this marina. This summer the boat is in dry dock as we are in Amsterdam. Next year, it will find a new marina when we move to Montreal.

Today's blip is another backblip as I continue to catch up. I am happy to report that June's journal is now up to date. Every day from the 1st to the 30th!
