Out and About

I took this in the changing room while trying on in Topshop yesterday. I was literally about to leave the store, and then it caught my eye- perfect for my holiday!

I could not get up this morning after gym last night, I was so tired. I had a nice bath and hairwash, then headed to mum's to hang out.

I braved the gym again this evening, even though it was the structred class which I'm not so keen on. I was in a better frame of mind this week, having not had any trouble beforehand, so I enjoyed it a lot more. Not least the warm up, aka, an assault course through the whole gym playing follow the leader! Really fun and worked up one hell of a sweat!

Good warm up, and a handstand competition. I did quite well! We had half an hour of free time, and I practised my skills from yesterday, but also tried some casts to handstand on the low bar. I did pretty well, although when my arms got tired the left one buckled and my face came very close to smacking the bar!

Really good evening, even though the weather is atrocious. Hello, it's August??!!! Every road from Frimley to Woking was filled with huge puddles of standing water- horrible!
