Mango

Decided to prepare the mangos for tomorrow's smoothie (miralgato and Dd look away now). I've always found them messy, and handling the stone akin to grasping a bar of soap in the bath. So I went off to youtube to find out how to do it perfectly. This presentation was not at all necessary for the particular end in store for this one, but I couldn't resist practicing for another time.

Off to the bookshop now to get down to some more writing.
