Scooby Doo! on the Beach

On a walk I saw this boat, it wasn't the Scooby Doo reference on the side that caught my eye, it was the eighteen12 sticker.
Everywhere I looked I saw these stickers, after the Extreme weekend when stickers were given out within prizes & when you purchased items from their stall, people went a little crazy sticking them everywhere.
