You Don't Have To Tri To Be Our Hero

Back blipped on 11/08/2014.

Our very own super hero, superman, super handsome Spikey Matt participated in the London Triathlon on this fine, sunny Sunday afternoon, & he smashed it!

A troupe of us gathered & cheered him on as he swam, cycled & ran into our record books. We're super proud of him & truly impressed by his achievement today.

What a legend. What a tri-hero.
