NOT meant to be rude, honest.
It's a Gooseberry, FOOL!
I'm not a lover of those "thinings" removed from the bush FAR too early, and hard, and green, and 'orrible.
However, once they're at full size and ripe you can't whack 'em.
Trouble is we go very slowly through any jam made and due to small size of bush and lack of wet, there was a poor yield this year, ergo no wine. Whine whine.
Behold the entire crop ... "Fooled".
