Zap

Another Zap piece on Cropper Street.

I walked up to Mattas after work to gather the ingredients for the Hairy Bikers' Thai Jungle Curry which is now simmering nicely in the wok. Smells wonderful and is a very different flavour from the typical Indian fare.
