A cultural day in Liverpool

Gorgeous day in Liverpool, threatened rainshowers did not materialise and we stepped off the train into glorious sunshine and blue skies. We went to see the exhibition "Mondrian and his studio" at the Tate. Superb exhibition but the star turn for us was the surprise of the exhibition alongside Mondrian which was of the work of Nasreen Mohamedi. She too worked in grid structure but becoming more "architectural" in her work. If you get chance to see the exhibition, go. If not, make sure you look up her work on the internet.
