Montsapey

A lazy morning and then we popped out for supplies. On the way back we went to Montsapey. It was a particularly wriggly road up with hair pin bends. We thought there would be nothing at the top. After about 20 minutes of 'The Italian Job' style driving we arrived at this Hotel and Restaurant.

There was absolutely no-one around but we went inside to find a very lovely man who made us coffee. He also showed us three different types of mushrooms he had collected locally to offer for this evening's dinner.

It wasn't the best weather today and we'd like to return for lunch to take advantage of the lovely terrace if we can face the drive! Oh and the coffee for two was 2e 60 centimes!
