Glamorous Glasgow

Spent the day learning about Arthritis Care's Tai Chi programme. Learned loads and met some great people.

Afterwards it was a wander along the Clydeside in the sunshine before meeting up with everyone on the course for dinner.

Later some of us went out to take pictures of the beautiful evening and the lights on the Clyde. It was such a lovely warm evening (and we'd had a few beers) so we were inspired to do a wee bit of tai chi outside the restaurant much to the delight of the others in the group sitting inside.
