My sciatica is feeling better, but I skipped the doctor visit. My wonderful doctor graciously called me back and gave me the good great results over the phone. She wants to see me when I return from Florida.

This is my first back blip as I could not get to the computer yesterday. Walking is getting a bit better today. Hopefully I will be ready for fun by tomorrow.
