What we found with the deeds.

This is the first time we have had anything visual in the envelopes of deeds which are handed over when one buys a house. These are the architect's drawings for converting our cottage from a store/stable space with a small cottage at one end into a three bedroomed cottage with a bathroom,. The work was done in the 1970s after the building was bought in 1962 apparently for £100 !
The detailed plans are on the back of the drawings and we now know why the internal walls are at odd angles in some of the rooms.
