Obwarzanki
Zosia, my cousin, made these delicious polish pastry called obwarzanki. So much work and they were gone within one day. You fry these babies in oil. Once they are cool, you sprinkle them with powder sugar and enjoy.
I couldn't stay away from them!
Now my girls want me to make them at home, but they will never come out as good as Zosia's!!!!! We will just have to come next year again.
On a funny note, I always called them obarzanki without the w! Silly me!
